We would like to welcome you on the island of Kos and in our hotel. We sincerely hope that you will enjoy your holidays and will have found memories of your stay with us.Here are some tips regarding our hotel and services:
A safe is located in your closet. The key can be obtained at the reception desk. There is a charge (1€ per day/room) for this service. The hotel is not liable for cash, jewelers and other valuables.
In case of a medical emergency, please contact the reception desk, ext. "9". Our staff will arrange for contact with a doctor.
Your room is equipped with an individual air conditioning unit, you can control it yourself. A remote control unit is located on your room.
On the day of departure, we ask you to clear the room by 12:00 o’clock. Your luggage can be deposited in a place next to the reception desk. Please contact the reception desk if you need to occupy the room beyond checkout time. This is possible against a charge if the room has not already been taken.
In addition to cash, we accept all common credit cards except AMEX. There is a small charge for Euro cheques to cover bank fees. ATM machines are located, e.g., in Mamari, Tigaki, Kos City and Kefalos.
Please inform the reception desk on the day before departure in order to ensure a quick and easy checkout.
Should you want to explore Kos on your own, you can rent a car, motor- cycle or bicycle direct at the reception desk. Please note that, contrary to, e.g., traffic entering a roundabout has the right of way. Since few guests know this fact, it causes relatively frequent problems. Also, speed limits are strictly enforced. Please drive carefully.
The towels in the rooms are replaced three times a week.
Please do not use the room’s towels at the pool or beach.
On Sundays we do not provide house keeping.

Food and Drink
Breakfast is served in the dining room from 07:00 — 10:00 AM.
For dinner, the dining room is open from 18:30 — 21:00 PM.
Drinks can be ordered through the waiting staff. We ask you to please observe our dress code.
Please do not take food out from the dining room area.
Our Snack Bar is open from 11:00 AM — 16:00 PM.
It serves drinks and ice cream as well as tasty snacks for in-between snacks.
Our bar is open from 16:00 PM to 01:00. In pleasant surroundings, you can enjoy wine, beer, long drinks and cocktails.
Additional information, such as bus schedules, weather forecasts, taxi rates, etc., is displayed on the board next to the hotel entrance.
To the left of the reception area, you will find useful information from your travel agency. There you can also find the pickup time for your departure.
Our reception staff will be glad to assist with further information.
